People wear many hats. Not literally of course (although I’m sure some people out there have vast hat collections), but in what we chose to do everyday and what we choose to focus on. Whether it be the employee hat we put on as we walk out our front door, or the partner hat we put on when we walk back through the door at the end of the day, we all have different aspects of ourselves that are in the forefront at any given time.

In my life I have donned the friend hat, retail manager hat, teacher hat, writer hat, and so many more. However, there is one hat that I have only seemed to wear inside my home or in small select groups of people who are open-minded or like-minded and that is my spiritual hat.

This specific part of my soul wardrobe has not has nearly as much time in my daily life as I would like. Instead of wishing I could go back and tell my younger self this specific element is so much more than just an occasional accessory, I will begin today from where I am.

My vision for this blog is a place for me to start voicing, exploring, and developing my spirituality and honing my Reiki skills. Although not all of the blogs will revolve around Reiki specifically, that is the heart of my journey right now and will most likely be interwoven into most of the blogs moving forward.

You do not have to think yourself as spiritual or know anything about Reiki to gain something from my writing. I have no idea where this journey will lead, but I am excited to find out! Subscribe below to get notified when I post new updates.
